Cohuna is an attractive rural town nestled on the banks of the majestic Gunbower Creek. Renowned for its natural beauty, Cohuna is a popular destination for visitors wishing to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Most visitors to the area appreciate the protected waters of the Gunbower Creek for water skiing and swimming, while the Murray River, only 10 minutes away, is an ideal spot for camping, fishing and bushwalking.
Visitors to Cohuna have access to RV parking at Flora Park for up to 72 hours. There is no cost to stay, and pets on leads are welcome. A free dump point can be found on Cohuna Island Road, the opposite entrance to the Holiday Park, and potable water is accessible on King George Street. The Cohuna Golf Course also offers long term stays with a negotiable time limit for $10 per night, including use of all club house facilities.
